My listings were up 214% from the year before, and many of those sellers moved up and bought bigger places, ballooning my profit! The thing snowballs like crazy – all these new clients (directly correlated to Mission Response) now naturally become referral sources in addition to potential repeat clients down the road. Honestly, I cannot write your cheque fast enough Andrew!

My portfolio of both condo and townhouse programs works magic! One of the smaller programs (looking strictly at 2006 closings that came directly from Mission Response) has this year alone paid for itself for the next 73 years! ha!!!

I was driving back from Chicago and was about 4 hours away when I received a call from a seller in my Portland Park Village Program. He apologized for the short notice but wondered if I could come see his place that night.
