About Mission Response

Our Vision

Mission Response was founded in 1999. Our vision was to offer a customizable suite of affordable and unique direct marketing programs to help REALTORS® attract new clients and to maximize the value of their existing relationships. The most critical ingredient in all our farming and referral newsletter programs is valuable and locally relevant information. This approach has been further enhanced with the more recent introduction of companion micro websites for all our newsletter programs. We are the only real estate marketing company that provides a fully integrated print and online farming and referral solution.

AndrewAndrew Kardos
General Manager

Founder and General Manager, Andrew is the lead strategist behind Mission Response. A McGill University graduate, Andrew enjoyed a successful career in packaged goods and financial services marketing before co-founding and building a successful national direct marketing advertising agency. His greatest business passion followed with the creation of Mission Response from a “kitchen table idea” to the company that it is today.

 

 

RichardRichard Switzer
Director of Business Development

Passionate and forward-thinking, Richard is a natural problem solver with keen eye for design. After graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University’s Honours BBA program in 2007, Richard moved to Hong Kong to work in construction management academic research at the University of Hong Kong followed by a marketing position in a Sydney-based travel agency. Richard then went on to spend almost two years pioneering the development of virtual events in Asia as a Project Manager with United Business Media (UBM Asia). In 2011 Richard moved back to Toronto and joined Mission Response as the Director of Business Development.

Account Manager

After visiting her friend in Toronto this year, she’s fallen in love with the city and made a permanent move from Vancouver! After completing high school in the UK and USA, she enrolled in the University of British Columbia, and upon completing her BA in psychology, she has built a successful sales career and now calls Canada home. With her extensive background in direct marketing at a Canada Post’s Expert Partner, she brings effective ongoing marketing solutions to realtors across North America at Mission Response. Extremely result-oriented, she will make your marketing happen. She’s also fluent in Korean and Japanese.

  • Graphic Design / Production

    This position involves both the development of creative concepts and ongoing electronic file production. The successful candidate will be a recent graduate of a college level graphic design program or someone with this background and with 1-3 years experience in the field.
